Commissioned by Ghelamco, Beddeleem carried out the fitting out of the "Iris Tower", the new headquarters of the Brussels-Capital Region on the Place Saint-Lazare in Brussels. The Iris Tower is the new name of the former Silver Tower. This elegant office complex now houses 2,000 civil servants from the Brussels Regional Public Service and the Tax Department. At 137 metres, the tower is one of the tallest buildings in Brussels and defines the skyline of the capital.

The works carried out covered 15,000 m² of JB 2000 relocatable partitions, JB FRAME and JB PURE 100 glazed partitions, plasterboard walls, 2,500 m² of ceilings and level reductions, 200 JB DOOR units, 5,000 rm of lacquered façade panels and profiles, 400 m² of raised floors, 6. 000 m² of floor covering (carpet, vinyl,...), 3,000 pieces of JB LOCKERS, JB OFFICE furniture including JB DESK desks and chairs, made-to-measure furniture, 15,000 m² of paintwork, 27 mobile walls, speed gates in entrance hall, claustras, interior staircases, automatic sliding glass doors,...
