The new office building on the Watersportbaan has 400 workstations and space for related features according to the principle of a flex office. It's a passive building with BREEAM certification.

Beddeleem was responsible for the realisation of JB Fireglass relocatable partitions in combination with JB Fireglass glazed doors, JB 4000 glazed doors and JB 4000 door leaves in veneer wood (oak).
