In the heart of Brussels, Montgomery Parc stands as a landmark where innovation and sustainability come together.
This pioneering development will be the first building in Belgium to achieve the highest sustainability certifications :
BREEAM Outstanding, WELL Platinum (International WELL Building Institute), and DGNB Platinum (German Sustainable Building Council).

With a total surface area of 8,242 m² underground and 28,803 m² above ground, the project was designed by B2Ai architects in collaboration with SUREAL, MDP, De Fonseca, and Sven Sterken (KUL).

For this exceptional project, Beddeleem proudly contributes with its JB 4000 curved glazed partitions – a true technical achievement.
A tailor-made solution that required extensive R&D, engineering, and production expertise, once again proving that JB systems can adapt to any architectural vision.

Thanks to the strong collaboration with Kolmont and Cordeel Group, this ambitious project continues to progress as planned.
