Nursing Home Sint-Jozef

Besides a residential care centre, the new Nursing Home Sint-Jozef also includes a new day-care centre, a local service centre and a pre-school childcare centre.

The nursing home with 132 rooms operates with eight residential groups, which live in a homely atmosphere with their own cooking and living areas. Residents are grouped according to care needs.

Each living group has its own entrance. ASSAR LLOX Architects paid great attention to light and contact with the outside world in their design, with parks at the front and back of the building. 

Our JB 2000 full and JB FIREGLASS glazed walls and different door systems were chosen for the interior design.

The new building was officially opened in May 2024. The surrounding areas will be finished in early 2025. This project is the largest dossier in the multi-year plan 2020-2025 of the city and the Public Centre for Social Welfare of Kortrijk.
