Architectural refinement and sustainable comfort along the Natiënlaan
Delen Private Bank recently opened a brand-new branch along the renewed Natiënlaan in Knokke. This project highlights an elegant blend of architectural finesse, sustainable construction and optimal comfort.
Inside, visitors are welcomed into a bright and serene environment. The impressive spiral staircase, double-height space and skylight bring natural light deep into the building. Six lounges, spacious offices and a multifunctional room create a warm and personal atmosphere for both clients and staff.
For a comfortable and energy-efficient indoor climate, the JB COOL® climate ceiling was selected, powered by geothermal energy and heat pumps. The office areas feature full plasterboard ceilings with integrated lighting lines, while a perforated plasterboard ceiling was used in the kitchen. Both JB COOL® solutions contribute to efficient temperature control, lower energy consumption and a sleek design.
A standout feature in the open space is the decorative wooden slats on the ceiling, delivered and installed by Beddeleem. The warm character of the wood forms a harmonious whole with the carefully chosen furniture, artwork and other interior details, contributing to a stylish and inviting workspace.
