For the new Mobilis building within the D'Ieteren Group, Beddeleem realised a futureproof workspace where transparency, comfort and aesthetics take centre stage.
The project is a strong example of how modular partitions, fire-resistant solutions and JB OFFICE solutions (loose furniture) reinforce one another.
In a first phase, Beddeleem was responsible for the production and installation of:
• 180 m² JB 4000
• 55 m² JB 4000 STEEL LINE
In addition, no less than 600 m² of JB FIREGLASS was installed in the central patio, featuring EI60 and EI120 fire resistance ratings. This solution combines maximum transparency with the highest standards in fire safety. The glazed fire compartmentation not only creates an open and light-filled atmosphere, but also contributes to a safe and comfortable working environment.
More than just partitions
In addition to the partitions, JB OFFICE also took care of the loose furniture. By working closely together from the very beginning, a harmonious overall concept was created in which materials, colours and finishes were perfectly aligned.
Within the project, JB OFFICE supplied among others:
• JB DESK
• JB STORE
• JB ABSORB
• SIT & FEEL
Thanks to this integrated approach, attention was paid not only to functionality and ergonomics, but also to acoustic comfort, aesthetics and overall user experience. The result is a modern working environment that perfectly reflects the identity and ambitions of Mobilis.
“As part of the larger D'Ieteren Group, we launched a tender process through D'Ieteren Mobility Company. We selected Beddeleem because they guided us best throughout the entire process. The execution perfectly matched the decision criteria defined in our specifications.”
