Client : SPW I Service Public de Wallonie
Architects : NCBHAM
Location : Mons
Year of completion : 2026
For the new offices of the Service Public de Wallonie (SPW) in Mons, Beddeleem delivered the fit-out of a new-build project with a total floor area of 7,500 m².
Thanks to our integrated approach, we were responsible for both the interior finishing works and a wide range of technical installations.
A key feature of the project is the installation of 1,050 m² of JB PURE 100 double glazed partitions and 1,200 m² of JB PURE 100 solid partition walls, part of which was finished with JB ABSORB acoustic upholstery.
A distinctive wood finish and warm brown tones applied to the partition walls create a natural, inviting and comfortable atmosphere throughout the interior.
In addition, we installed 148 JB DOOR doors and two JB QBE units, providing ideal spaces for discreet meetings and focused work.
Our scope also included the floor finishes, comprising 6,000 m² of carpet and 1,095 m² of vinyl flooring. Furthermore, we delivered extensive bespoke furniture, painting works and technical installations, including electrical systems, fire detection and HVAC.
The result is a contemporary workplace where functionality, acoustic comfort and a warm architectural appearance come together seamlessly.
