At Baloise City Link in Antwerp, a large-scale renovation is underway, giving 12,000 m² of office space a new futureproof purpose.
This Design & Build renovation includes reception areas, collaborative spaces, cafeteria facilities and office areas.
As total fit-out partner, Beddeleem was responsible for the production, coordination and integration of multiple disciplines, in close collaboration with Aremis, responsible for design and overall project coordination.
From demolition works to final finishes, the project was executed floor by floor following a carefully coordinated approach, with maximum attention to continuity, efficiency and minimal impact on the daily operation of the building.

A striking element within the concept is the identity of each floor: every level received its own colour palette and herb-inspired theme, creating a recognisable atmosphere and variation throughout the building.
This project demonstrates how phased renovation can perfectly combine bespoke solutions, technical coordination and architectural refinement.
